Weekly Workshops to bring people together, to support mental health challenges through creative expression

If you, or someone you know, has been facing mental health challenges, including (but not limited to); postnatal depression, baby blues, depression, anxiety, post partum psychosis or more, why not come along to our peer supported weekly workshop?

What do we do? We support other women, through simply being here, whether you are an artist or dancer, have never picked up a paint brush or tried meditation or journalling, this is the perfect place to come and explore creative expression further and with others, in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.

Just £10 per week for all materials - concessions available for those on a low income.
